Good for in between vacuuming
Obviously a vacuum works better, but it's nice to be able to do a quick once over on my area rugs in between vacuuming to help contain the dog hair some. This definitely makes a huge difference in the amount of dog hair I'm vacuuming up each week now that I'm using this sweeper a couple times throughout the week. I would definitely recommend!

I grew up with a carpet sweeper alot like this one. My mother's was larger and more expensive. I was not expecting the quality of the product for the price I paid. My library has area rugs with my three dogs resting there at night. Dog hair and dirt abound. The little carpet sweeper did a super job on the mess. Later, I tried it on a dusty dirty mess on the front porch. The porch area has a hard floor, not carpet. The little sweeper did a mean job again. I very happy with my purchase
