I’m not going to lie and say that it was Walmart delivery did it at all… It was delivered by UPS and they destroyed my order… I was so disappointed when they delivered it I didn’t get a picture of it but I won’t be getting any more plants delivered to me I’ll just have to go to Walmart and get it myself…

The shipping box was in perfect condition. But the plants inside the box in a hanging basket were demolished. This had to have happened when or before it was being packed. Surely you will want to look into this, as your reputation depends upon the customer receiving the item in good condition.
