Gaiam Reversible Yoga Mat, Granite, 5mm

After waiting a couple months for this product to arrive, it was worth the wait. I LOVE this mat. It is very well made and the color I ordered is a peacock blue. What I love about this product is that it comes with a string loop that holds the mat together while you are not using it. You just roll up the mat, put the loops around the ends and you can carry it over your shoulder. This is extremely handy if you go to the gym or take a class and have other things to carry in and out with you. Even though the mat is only about a 1/4 inch thick, it gives you enough comfort from a hard surface. The length is long enough so you don't run out of mat while exercising. I also love the fact that it does not slip on any kind of floor so you don't have to be afraid of the mat slipping out from underneath you as you exercise. if you are not a yoga fan, this mat will work for any exercises and will give you good support. Some mats have an odor to them when you first open them. This one does not. It is super light in weight but still gives you quality comfort when exercising. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a great mat to do your exercises on.
