I was searching for a low price bedframe for my 3 year old. This one was a good price compared to others. I was impressed when it arrived, the pieces are heavy and sturdy. The paint seems durable as well. For the front cabinet I was also very glad that it can't slam. I did have some felt pads around home that I put on the closing surface. We also didn't install the slats because we figured they may break if he's jumping on his bed so maybe we'll install next year. Quality exceeded expectations and son loves it. Got a Melissa and Doug steering wheel dashboard toy to go with it.
