I love my canopy's. I actually have 2 of them now. They provide shade on the patio of my apartment and have made the space usable in the summer heat. I leave them up all the time and the first one has been up constantly since November of 2024 it's now July of 2025. The summer heat and all day direct sun doesn't seem to be an issue as these things (including the covers) still appear to be brand new. I hung some solar lights and misters, instant little summer paradise for less than $200!
