This is a 36” panel not regular yardage fabric

The fabric is basically a panel. The print repeats every 36” with an obvious transition line. I ordered 3 yards. I got 2 full panels, one 34 inch section and a useless 2 inch portion of a panel. I will not be able to use it for the project I purchased it for and have also bought complimentary fabric to go with it and am now in it for almost $200 and have to find a new focal fabric with the same color scheme. I am not happy with the whole mess.
