This is the second same exact pair my son got in a larger shoe size (due to growing). Ordered "new" but when received you could tell bottom of one boot had been worn outside. And the other was scuffed up a bit. The box was all torn up as well. I immediately emailed the seller and received a response back in less than 24 hours offering to exchange the boots or refund my money. (I wasn't expecting a response, especially so close to Christmas and had been ready to contact Walmart so was very pleasantly surprised with a response). Due to this being a Christmas gift I had my son open the boots on Christmas and gave him the option to exchange but he was fine with keeping as is. I let the seller know and he refunded a portion of the purchase price. Wasn't expecting that but it was a nice thing for him to do. He was very pleasant and apologetic. I recommend this seller.
