Ergodyne GloWear® 8384 Type R Class 3 Thermal Parka, Orange, L

I have purchased and tested the GloWear 8384 hi-viz winter quilted parka- Type R, Class 3 twice now in the past 6 years. These jackets are highly durable, visible, retain a high degree of retroreflextivity through a numerous amount of wash loads and intense work load. Stains at times are difficult to remove, stitching is accurate and highly durable. If you wear thermal clothing underneath even in negative 15 Degrees, the inside remains roughly between 65 and 80 degrees inside depending on a wind factor. I thought, based upon your specifications, it would be a warmer jacket. The chest and back area have the nice insulation, but the arms have ordinary knitted nylon type? My arms are very cold even on warmer (20-30 degree) days. I expected the entire jacket to be fitted with the better insulation.
