At 84 years old I need my fiber. This is cheaper than the big brand name and just as effective. My doctor ordered me to try it and it works for me. I use one rounded teaspoon with a cup of water and take two with each meal. Proper hydration is important with this medication. You can drink it straight or with juice. I just drink it up, after stirring it well of course. How your system reacts of course depends on the health and condition of your system. It has worked wonders for me. Thanks
