Well, hey…need more fiber? Want to keep regular? Well, this is the product for you. Have a spoonful mixed in water every day to keep things “moving”. The sugar free one gets glumped up way faster. This one at least gives you time to stir and gulp it down! If you're watching your calories, this is worth using a few to have it mix better. I won't buy the sugar free one anymore. But, this one I highly recommend. Just as good as Metamucil but much more affordable. I will continue to get this product. Give it a try!

This product was a huge help, but here are 5 things I learned to get the best results: Give it time: You might see the fiber start to work in 12-72 hours, but the real magic happened for me after about two weeks. The relief of not constantly worrying about finding a bathroom or canceling plans was incredible. Talk to your doctor: I exchanged several emails with my doctor before I understood how much something as simple as fiber could help. It's worth the conversation. Consider a probiotic: I personally found success adding a probiotic with a multi-enzyme (Walmart has good options). Again, run this by your doctor first. Start slow: I was advised to add the fiber gradually. I started with once a day before bed, and now I take it three times a day with meals. This method worked great for me. Watch your liquid intake: My routine is to drink the recommended amount of water with the fiber, but then wait about an hour before drinking anything else.
