Best cold compress I have ever had.

They take a long time to freeze so I have 4 of them. They are fantastic for headaches. I have a dog who gets too hot in the summer, so I fold a towel over and set on the cold pack for him. He loves to lay on it. Normally he moves all over the bed at night. He heats up a spot then he moves to a new one. If I have this frozen compress with a double layer towel over it, he will just lay in that one spot all night long.

I just had hip replacement surgery in my leg is swelling so I need to ice it 20 minutes out of every hour that I'm awake and I have found that Walmart's brand of reusable ice packs is saving me a fortune. they work perfect and they get really really cold. I'm very happy with this product and it was very inexpensive. thank you Walmart

Well-made cold compress that conforms to the extremity. The pack stays cold for a long period of time during use. The size is large enough to stay in place when icing my knee. The pack's outer covering is soft though I do use a very thin tea towel between the compress and skin. I highly recommend this item. I purchased the 3 pack for easier rotation of compresses in and out of the freezer. I have not tried this item as a warm compress.
