The relief is pretty quick to get started but I personally am not able to drive or manage anything due to severe drowsiness and falling into deep sleep for 9 hours. It's great If you need pretty quick headache and dripping nose relief, you might also need a nap.

I take this product to help me sleep. I asked my doctor for something to help me sleep, and I was told to take Benadryl. I started purchasing this item, and it works just as well as the brand name for a more reasonable cost. I also take it on occasion to help relieve allergy symptoms, and it helps with the itchy eyes and the infuriating sinus, nose.

Allergy relief
First are we sure these are just allergy pills? I took one just one and it knocked me out cold! Quickly! My decongestion went away I'm not positive how fast because I slept for 5 1/2 hours but it continued to work until roughly mid morning. I highly recommend if you need quick relief, I do suggest this be taken if you aren't going to drive or need to think. I found that if more than one are taken in a ten to twelve hour period can cause cotton mouth and can induce anxiety. Walmart does have a non drowsy available as well they work well too.
