Love this product by Walmart. Cost effective generic to the brand. Absolutely no flavor and the powder is fine, so blends with anything. No lumps or residue. I use in coffee %26 hot cocoa and have even put in soups etc! Perfect way to get my daily fiber. Have been using for years.

First of all I must say that I have noticed absolutely no difference between the name brand and the Equate Sugar Free Fiber Supplement, other than a big price difference! This fiber supplement can be mixed with anything: water, cranberry or apple (orange or any type) of juice. Sometimes I mix it up, making it like a spritzer: apple juice and a little Mountan Dew or cranberry juice with Mountain Dew (or Sprite or?!) is very good tasting! I like very cold drinks, so I always drop in ice cubes. You can definitely drink it in hot beverages as well, such as hot tea or coffee, etc The fiber has absolutely zero, no taste at all. There is just nothing like trying to drink something that has globs in it! Yuck! When mixed up, this fiber supplement turns perfectly clear, love that also. Honestly only a couple of stirs and it settles into clear liquid state a lot faster than I would have expected. Fiber supplements are great for your gut health. This definitely helps curb the munchies. I didn't even realize it at first, I just didn't feel hungry in between meals, at all! And the best side effect is that it's keeps me "regular!" I cannot recommend Equate Sugar Free Fiber Supplement enough!!
