This caffeine works, where as some of the name brands do not work. I understand that this has an ingredient that theothers don't have. My husband has had to have caffeine (and he does not drink coffee or tea) and most other brands do not work at all. Someone told him about Equate and sure enough, it works great.

I bought these during a time when I wasn't getting much sleep not knowing the outcome. It says that one pill is equivalent to a cup of coffee, even tho I'm not a coffee drinker. I took an aspirin with it because I didn't want the caffeine to give me a jolt to the brain of a headache. Needless to say, they worked perfect and no jitters or nervousness with them at all. I recommend these to those who need a little pick me up for a couple hours.

Consistent, reliable and inexpensive
Up until very recently, these were my go to caffeine pills. They are awesome. Consistent strength gives very well known and expected results if you know your tolerance levels. As for an inexpensive caffeine pill, the quality is unbeatable. However, there has been a shift in the price structures on inexpensive caffeine pills lately. Although I can buy cheaper pills at the same strength, I do not feel they are as consistent and reliable in that strength. So, it becomes a matter of cost versus trust and reliability. On the cheap side... These are definitely the winner on trust and reliability.
