Delicious!
I've been taking this tea for my acne and I've seen a big improvement. Lots less inflammation and I like the taste. The ingredients are very pure and good quality. I recommend using this to balance your hormones, it works very well! Nice size and packaging too. Nice to have after dinner to settle your stomach too

A good substitution for another brand
We had been using a different brand of this type of tea, but the store has run out and probably won't carry it anymore. The Equal Exchange brand contains less ingredients, but is still related to the purpose of being an anti-inflammatory, We can only wait and see how it works!

This si going to be my third time buying these tea bags, My nutritionist suggested me these ingredientes to reduce inflamation in the body, just tumeric+ginger so this brand is just perfect 'cause it cointains nothing else. I would just like it to cointain more tea bags :(
