These are the best tasting chocolate chips. I use them for trail mix, mix into yogurt and oatmeal. They melt well when needed. I use them for muffins and breads also and they taste great. I once tried another cheaper non dairy brand and they did not taste as good as these. Highly recommend!

I put these in my Almond Butter Brittle. 2 containers of almond butter (roasted almonds and salt) that are about 700g each mixed with about 700g coconut oil, 40g of homemade vanilla extract, and 10g of salt. The coconut oil makes the almond butter extra creamy and even a little runny. Put parchment paper on cookie sheets and pour out the almond butter mixture. Scatter these chocolate chips on top and stick the cookie sheets in the freezer (level surface is needed). After a few hours, you can break off some goodness or transfer the contents into a large storage container and keep frozen. These chips have really enhanced my Almond Butter Brittle. Less sugar in the chips would be fine by me. Give us an 85% dark chocolate!
