like most pans they tend to curl up when heated crack an egg in a pan when it's cold it stays in place, crack an egg when it's heated it tends to go to the side of the pan. The inside of the pan is fine but the outside of the pan gets scratched easily by anything. I purchased the blue design color I haven't had it that long the blue chips off easily and was scratched in shipping.
