Recently started home cooking again and looking to up my skills. Saw this advertised and thought it might be a great option. Though pricey, it's a BIG bottle. I found the taste to have several layers that reveal themselves when tasting. The complexity and upping the taste of my chicken filets was worth buying and using it.
