This is a very good quality tea pot in terms of construction, balance, and functionality. Made from good materials and has a durable enamel finish. Looks good too. The handle and cap on the spout are constructed so that you won't have to worry about getting burned by steam. I purchased this to replace an older tea pot that we had for years and in my opinion this one is much better. I'd say this tea pot is comparable to other tea pots costing much more.
