A Healthy Option for Kiddos

My daugher tried the Else Nutrition Plant-Powered Complete Nutrition Shake: Vanilla and the results are in! What I liked most was that it contains literally every vitamin under the sun, which is great since we struggle to get all these nutrients in. My daughter has a very high metabolism, so I was hoping this would keep her full longer in the mornings. Initially, she seemed to like it, but the taste quickly turned her off. I've since tried adding a little chocolate syrup to change her mind. We're not sure about purchasing yet, but I have high hopes that we can make it work and buy these in the future!

Not a bad after taste

My daughter is EXTREMELY picky when it comes to anything that's actually healthy to eat or drink. I told her that I had a new milkshake I wanted her to try, and she agreed. The vanilla is smooth, not chalky or chunky. She wasn't a huge fan of it, but when I added a little chocolate syrup, she drank the whole thing. I will be purchasing again!
