I Love This Parka!
This is definitly a winter-time coat, especailly well able to handle rain and snow. Many pockets for phones, wallets, etc. The cuffs give double protection from cold and damp getting in. It's quilted so it keeps you toasty against the wind if you are out dog walking or outside for an extnded time. The length is keeps upper legs covered and insulated too. It also has a nice, big hood.The coat is a little heavy, just a little but that is because it gives gtrsy protection from the elements. So glad I purchased this item, it just what I needed for winter and I think it will last for years to come.
