Buyer Beware

They use vinyl stickers for the hanging sign. Half of the sign was there so I contacted the company to get a replacement sign, not a new village. They have never responded to me even though their auto reply said they would with in 4 days. Beware. I also wanted to add the extended 3 year replacement warranty offered by Walmart and they too have not responded. I want the warranty since I owned another just like this Elf Workshop and it only lasted 2 years before it quit working and the company doesn't offer a repair option. These are to expensive for them to last only 2 years.
