Elegant Furniture Falls 3 light Chrome Flush Mount Clear Swarovski? Elements Crystal

Just bought this and installed it. A beautiful light, real glass crystals, even an extra set. They include white gloves to keep the crystals clean! But the assembly was more work than it should have to be. The included screws to attach the canopy to the electrical box were in no way long enough. If your box isn't exactly flush with the ceiling, like I suspect many aren't, you will need longer screws. I installed a medallion also, so I had to buy 2" screws, instead of the 3/4" ones included. No way they could know my situation, but 3/4 is of no use at all. One other thing. The little hooks on the top of the crystal strings were all bent over and had to be opened up for hanging. Do yourself a favor and do this sitting down, instead of on a ladder. But I would buy another one if I had a place for it. A nice, small, quality light!
