Hard to get in-touch

This company is the worst. My vanity came with a crack in it, which is fine, it happens with delivery. I have been calling and leaving voicemails and emails for the past 3 weeks to have it picked up and to get a refund credited. They only email me back a generic email and no call backs have been made. I am in the process of disputing this with my credit card since Walmart also can't help due to it being a fulfillment.
