It is not overwhelming, does a great job of naturally hydrating, and he says the taste is amazing. The price is a bit more expensive for a smaller bottle than your standard Gatorade. Most people will probably get from Gatorade what they need from a hydration drink, but for anyone who is perhaps a bit more sensitive or has a medical issue, the extra price is something to consider.
