When I received this as a Christmas gift from a friend, I thought "Really?". Then I looked it over, liked what I saw and decided to keep it. I'm awfully glad I did! I so enjoy the ease of use and the longevity of the battery that I charged on Christmas day and, despite daily use, it's still going strong! It's quiet, and has a slim, sleek design that easily fits into my arthritic hand. It took no more than two minutes to figure out the pleasingly bright digital screen at the bottom that shows the battery life and the port for connecting the charger, but once I got the hang of that, there's been no going back to a traditional razor. I am extremely fair skinned and usually avoid electric razors due to the razor burn I often get, but this razor gives a very close shave and has not caused any razor burn. I think it's safe to say it works well on sensitive skin, at least that's how it has worked for me. I especially like the eyebrow trimmer, something I never thought I would (or could) use. There are five shave heads to choose from on this model; removal and replacement of a head is easy by simply twisting and pulling up or pushing down until the razor head locks into place. It's washable and can be used in water, comes with a little brush to clean out hair, etc., and does a fabulous job of keeping the blades clean. The razor pretty housing in white with a gold trim that looks - dare I say it? - Elegant. I would've liked a metal housing instead of plastic, but with careful use and no clumsy drops (hey, I just turned 69 years old, and with arthritic hands I drop a LOT of stuff!), I expect this little razor will last quite some time. I would very definitely recommend it to family, friends, and anyone else interested in a neat little razor. Nice, very nice, indeed!
