It's ok, but not great
Most punches I've used push the cut shape through the bottom, so it's easy to move your paper over and keep punching multiples. This punch doesn't push the cut shape through, you have to remove the paper from the punch and the cut piece comes out with it. About 25% of the time, the cut piece gets caught and ends up ripping, and the punch is brand new. I am using high quality scrap book paper. I know this will get worse with use and the blade dulls. I had a difficult time finding this shape punch, and need it for an immediate project, so I'm keeping it. I would suggest to others to keep looking for a different brand and buy this one only as a last result.
