This Einstein Brothers everything bagel seasoning is so good and I'm so glad I found it because I wanted my toast to taste just like Dunkin donuts and I finally got it after several tries because Walmart was always out of it lol... for those that are saying there's not enough poppy seeds in this seasoning, you have to shake it a lot because the poppy seeds seem to fall inside the rest of the seasoning because they're so small, so once you shake it really good you'll see tons and tons of poppy seeds.

Balanced Seasoning Blend at a Great Price
I'm really happy with this Einstein Bros Everything Bagel seasoning. The bottle is a generous size for the price, and the blend itself is excellent. Unlike some other brands I've tried, this one isn't overloaded with tons of salt granules that take over the flavor. It's much more balanced, so you get the garlic, onion, sesame, and everything-else flavor without an overly salty punch. It works well on tofu, veggies, avocado toast—pretty much anything you'd normally sprinkle with everything seasoning. Good value, great taste, and something I'll definitely buy again.

Awesome and Low Sodium
I was always afraid of this spice because I can't eat salt. I was pleasantly surprised that it has almost none. I'm loving it! I put it on avocado toast and scrambled eggs. I'm sure there are a lot of others uses, I just haven't found it yet.
