10ww measures to an 11 in length ....

i ordered and received the 10 extra wide width but the toes were narrow it measured to a size 11 in length...... I'm really a 9.5 wide and wanted a true 10 xwide so i could put in an insert for arch support. Their sizing is off - they run long instead of wide. With an insert in my foot still slides up out of the shoe and puts a strain on ball of foot because they are so long - and measure to a size 11 in length - did they actually use an 11 wide for the base on a 10ww? cushion is good, quality is otherwise fine.
