Stuck with shoes I can't wear and can't return.

The sandals were very cute. They do run large. I wear a size 8 but they were a lot larger. I contacted shoes.com to return them. I got an e-mail the next day on the procedure for returns. However the site for returns is not functioning. I e-mailed shoes.com again but have not heard back from them. I guess I am stuck paying for shoes I can't wear.
