Eastwood 8 Inch Bench Mount Metal Cutting Shear

We had this shear in a shop I worked in and it lived up to every expectation. It cuts through heavy gauge steel like a hot knife through butter. Well. Almost. It's easy to set up and easy to use. Cuts straight when you want it to, and can cut mild curves too. I plan to get one for my personal workshop in the near future.

I just got mine and I used it to cut some expanded metal into circles and it does really good it taken small bites and you just rotated around throatless feature works out real nice you can cut a lot of stuff with us it's very strong. you just have to make sure you have a really solid table a heavy table otherwise you're going to pull your table all over the shop like I did. I clamped it down to a small welding table that I thought was heavy but now when you put the leverage on it with that long handle it'll it'll walk your stuff around so you really need to be bolted down to something.
