Excellent plastic rain coat. This is not a poncho. This is a plastic rain coat with sleeves, hood and plastic snap buttons. The rain coat extends below the knees. Great product for the money. Brought it to an outdoor concert that was to be held rain or shine and it kept us completely dry. Fairly thick plastic, so the coat can be used over and over. Great coat for 6 bucks.
