dead out of box, discontinued. hard to return.

smoked before it even turned on. connected power to it on the bench, immediate smoke. THERE IS NO BATTERY IN THIS DEVICE. WALMART IS CONFUSED. because they gave me the runaround returning it thinking it was a battery. I suggest you don't buy ANY inverter from Walmart if you think you might need to return it ever. it took every store manager, and about 30 minutes of waiting, to get it returned... was also delayed in delivery!! I don't think Walmart could have screwed up any worse, honestly. and being a Walmart plus member didn't help either.
