Diameter of the inner circle, the nipple cover, is approximately 1.2 inches / 3.05 cm. To Apply: Wash and dry your chest and your hands clean of oil and dirt. Peel off the paper cover of the adhesive. Set aside to be reapplied to the adhesvie if the nipple cover will only be worn a short time. Place the center circle over the nipples before pressing down an adhering the adhesive to the surrounding area. Use light pressure until the cover sticks and stays on. After use, carefully remove the nipple covers by gently pulling it off. If adhesive remains on your skin, use some rubbing alcohol or baby oil. If you have trouble removing the nipple covers, take a shower or soak in a bath. Warnings: Do not apply nipple covers over broken, damaged, or sunburnt skin. Do not keep on for too long if you have sensitive skin. Do not sleep with the nipple covers on overnight.
