Use the right blade!!
The only advice I've got for installing this door, is to use shorter sawsall blades to cut into the door. I used a longer brush cutter blade, and had a Really hard time cutting the hole through the door, Because the blade started Waggling about at the end! Otherwise, the installation went well, and was Quite simple.

Hard to swing.
Swinging door kept getting stuck and was hard to open. I removed all the felt and magnet and file down the inside of the swinging door so door would swing easily in and out. Once above actions were done, kitty door works fine.
