Good for neck realignment posture

For those with neck pains this is a good solid pillow. I had neck stiffness for well over a year %26 also included TMJ some days. I went through 2 different pillows %26 none were as effective as this one. I have had it for over 5 weeks %26 I can feel a lot better than I have for over a year. Just give it some time like a couple of weeks or so before you see some improvements. The instructions will tell you which side to sleep on whether you're a side sleeper or back sleeper.

Great pillow for neck pain

I am not sure why people say this pillow goes flat or doesn't provide enough support. I am tall, a side sleeper, and my head is on the larger side. It stays at the right level of firmness and doesn't get hot and sweaty. I do take it off my bed when I am not sleeping, so I dont smoosh it in a weird way by leaning into it. I sleep better. My neck doesn't hurt when I wake up. If the pillow only lasted 6 months, I would still buy another one.
