EBL 9V 6F22 Rechargeable batteries

the picture on the Walmart website shows blue %26 white batteries, the batteries I received are pink %26 white and they do not fit in the standard charger that is recommended for this battery as the contact post will not connect. I am in direct discussions with EBL to find out if this is a manufacturing defect on the new pink colored batteries or actually need a new charger?? For CS with EBL, you contact a phone number in CA, however, the customer service support is dealing with them in China so you're getting answers in the middle of the night here. It also took two calls to the phone number in SoCAL to get someone to respond to me from CS which is in China. I would call the CS support UNIMPRESSIVE.
