Very good! Quite easy to prepare. I added chicken and hot links to mine and it was fantastic. I'm sure you could get by with one meat and it taste just fine. I, though, love jambalaya and authentically it requires 2 to 3 proteins. If not making it from scratch this is a pretty decent substitute .

Delicious - very oily
I received this product as a promotion through Bzzagent and wanted to try it immediately as I love Zatarain's! I decided to make this jambalaya with a chopped/fried keilbasa sausage. It was delicious!!! The rice, veggie & spice combo is perfect, the kick is just right. My family, even my picky 7 year old, loved this dish!! Very affordable, just need to add your own protein and dinner is done! Easy, quick & delicious!!
