Doctor it up a bit and YUMMY!

I would recommend it IF you add what I do. I open it and take a quick couple swallows. You have to make room in the bottle for what you're going to add. Otherwise, it's a mess. Ok, then I add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (I use Toll House.) And then add 2-3 teaspoons of either granulated sugar OR Swerve (to taste). You can't tell the difference. Shake it up GOOD and DRINK WITH A STRAW. THEN it's tasty and palatable. I have to drink 3 a day so I have no choice. But they really do taste pretty good this way!

Ensure Max instead of a meal

I enjoy these a lot for a meal replacement because a lot of times I am not hungry, but I have to take in substance due to being diabetic. They have great flavor without being loaded with sugar. I just wish there was a larger flavor variety. I only like the cherry cheesecake and mocha cafe. Chocolate flavor is not so great and I don't like vanilla anything.
