Energy + Electrolytes Sparkling Hydration grape drink by Optimum Nutrition tastes great and has just the right amount of carbonation. As a construction worker who works 12 hour days, I am always in need of a boost to help make it through the workday. This product contains 100mg of caffeine with 0 sugar, meaning you get all the energy without the guilt. I can't wait to try other flavor varieties of this product and highly recommend it!
