We had to reorder a different bike because the first one was delivered and did not have all of the parts. This time the bike was completely wrapped without any damage to the box. We will have to see how it rides once it warms up. But over all it looks great and we think our little one will love it.

Had to buy 2 to get a good one. The first arrived with scratches, a front fork that was bent in so the front wheel could not be installed (THIS IS A COMMON COMPLAINT), a front wheel with bearings that you could feel grinding and adding friction, and a broken rear reflector. The support contact was dodgy - phone number just tells you to call during their open hours - including during those hours. Online support has a very nice form to fill out buuuuut no way to submit it. Fortunately, the online chat DOES get you a support person. Here is the next catch - all parts are back ordered indefinitely and are only flat black, not the pretty color you bought the bike for. The chat person was very friendly and apologetic for what its worth. So your best bet then is to return it to Walmart. Thankfully Walmart is outstanding when it comes to returns. Second bike arrived nearly perfect, just a minor scratch or two but no biggie. Easy assembly very quick to put together with basic tools. Hardest part is the brakes. Instructions are passable but cover multiple models and leave some to the imagination. If you get good parts and get it together, its priced about right and our 7yo is thrilled with it to no end. If I gave this as a gift I would plan to buy early in case you get a dud and plan to assemble it before you hand it over to a child who will unlikely want to find out their new bike needs to be exchanged it it may be a week or more before they can use it.
