Takes a bit to get used to

I have sciatica and bought this to help with pain. While it's very soft and comfortable, it's too soft for my back. I woke up several times with my spine unaligned and sweating. I gave it another chance by putting it under my cooling mattress pad, and now it's extremely comfortable.

Wanted to like this...

This did not do what it said it would. I have used it for several months now, and it's comfortable, but it traps all the heat where you are lying, making it very uncomfortable. It's cooling when you first lay on it but keeps all the heat where your body is, so I have to move to different spots on my bed to find a cold spot.
