Working weekends, as time permitted, it took me 4-5 weeks to assemble this shed working by myself. I needed help installing the horizontal struts front and rear, which my wife could do and when it came to the center support assembly, I needed my son but it only took a few minutes of his time. Otherwise, I put this thing together step-by-step by myself. The packaging was perfect and all of the parts were present and in perfect condition.Overall, I was very impressed and happy with the purchase. I started with a 3-4" concrete pad and after it cured, cut 1-1/2" deep cracks with a Skill saw. I used a sealant under the base parts and also between every panel. This is not necessary but for my particular use, it is. Had I not done that, the assembly time would have been less. I just took my time and made sure that everything was plumb and level. This is very important! Take care that your concrete is level and straight. Then everything lines up and all of the screw holes line up perfectly. I think that you need time and quite a bit of patience, then this shed yields a good result. You need to consider every slight detail that the instructions provide. If for example there are 5 screws needed but they say only install 3 at this time, there is a reason.
