Quality control issues and no customer service

I have bought this twice from Dulles Glass, once I purchased it for $99 and one of the corners was slightly chipped, since we didn't want to buy a product which was defective for that much money, we returned it. Then we tried to buy it again but the price had gone up to $140 , we paid the extra $40 as we had guest coming over. Then, we got a call from Dulles telling us the item broke in transit and they wanted to cancel the order and refund us or send us a replacement. As the item wouldn't make it on time for the purpose I had paid the extra $40, there was no point working with these guys anymore. Despite the fact that they are one of the only suppliers of these glasses, I am sure I will not work with them again nor recommend them to anybody else.
