Excellent quality! I was nervous by others mentioning bugs, nothing but peppers here. The chilies were supple and easy to prepare for the Birria recipe I was trying for the first time. Next use will be for a non Texas Chili (beans will be added! :) ) I am very happy with the quality of the product I received and would order again!
