shouldn't ger headaches to get a Replaced pieces

After doing this for over 13 years, you know when something is not cut properly. I give it a low score because of the customer service, told them numerous time they need to replace a drawer but they make us take this thing apart 3 or 5 time to see if it fits after sending videos and pictures that one of the Drawers was not properly cut or measured correctly.
