We bought this and everything came in on time and was going together beautifully until I cut the bottom rail wrong. I contacted Dreamline's customer service and they replaced the part immediately. I had my payment ready to give and the customer service rep refused and said they would be glad to help. Wow, many companies would do themselves a service and take a page on customer service from Dreamline. Thanks so much for everything.
