I have had a tough time for the last several years trying to get local grocers to carry Dreamfields - I used to use them all the time to cut carbs and they contained Inulin from Beets. Finally able to order it from here - but now that it arrived it appears the makers have change the recipe. There used to be negligible "countable carbs" compared to regular pasta and the taste and texture was identical (so you couldn't tell the difference) now the ingredients are different and the carb count went up. Still better than regular Pasta but I wish they would use the former recipe.
