If you experience a warrantable issue with your DreamFit sheets; such as material or workmanship defects, within the first year, we will happily replace the defective item at no charge. To process a warranty claim, we require that you provide a copy of your receipt as well as an image of the defective item. Please also be sure to provide a description of the issue that you are experiencing. We ask that you either provide your address or verify that the address on your receipt is accurate to ensure we ship your replacement product to the correct address. Finally a great mattress cover that fits well and is of high quality that I know will last. I have purchased a few others and either they didn't fit my mattress well or were made of cheap materials that did not hold up. I probably should have just ordered a Kingsdown mattress cover when i purchased my Kingsdown mattress. Lesson Learned!

I purchased the Kingsdown Chardonnay mattress about 3 years ago after trying out 3 other brand mattresses that all “sunk” to one side in a matter of weeks! I absolutely love my Kingsdown queen mattress! After 3 years, it is still like brand new. I had been covering it with a very inexpensive waterproof mattress cover but it was basically plastic and made me too hot, so I purchased the Dreamfit mattress protector and voila what a difference! Not only am I sleeping cooler and better, the protector fits the mattress perfectly. It also washes and dries well (as a small stain went through my fitted sheet onto the mattress cover and came out in the wash no problem). I highly recommend Kingsdown for all your bedding needs. In my opinion, you will be delighted!
