Quiet and powerful. My old one was severely rusted and SUPER loud before it finally stopped spinning. Full install (removing old one including sink flange and hardwiring this one) and install took me about 90 minutes. I'm not super handy. Only dicey part was tightening it on, I think I may have overtightened it and squeezed most of the putty out, but no leaks in about 3 months. I think it came with everything you need except plumber's putty, so grab a tub of that when you order this.
